Affiliation - "The establishment of a bond between two or more organisations. In an affiliation, the organisation maintains its essential character and continues to enjoy a relative autonomy within the limits established by the purpose of the affiliation."

For you to be reading this, God must have already begun to lead you on a journey to affiliate and link with an organisation of 'like faith'. We hope by you being lead here, God has connected you in some way with the Dream Centre Christian Church as a denomination/movement.

From the time God called Pastor Rodney Gilchrist in May of 1980, He told him to prepare to minister to thousands. He has shaped his life over the last twenty plus years with an ever increasing desire to take this nation and others, for Christ. With the tremendous team that God has placed around him, we now wish to share this dream with you. We have asked God for the nations and therefore believe we have a mandate to reach the nations with His love and the Word of Faith message. The desire to unite ministers and ministries has been birthed for the following reasons:

• It is a definite Call of God
• A desire to transfer the grace that is upon Dream Centre Christian Church to other ministries
• A desire to share our resources
• A desire to add additional credibility to Independent Churches and Ministries
• A desire to see increased standards of excellence in ministry
• A desire to provide additional credibility to ministers of the gospel
• A desire to work together with people of like mind and like faith

We have many unique values within our denomination and one that stands out is that we give licensing to Itinerant Ministers.

For many years the Body of Christ has not really known what to do with itinerant ministers. At Dream Centre Christian Church we have specialised in this area, realising that Itinerant Ministers are essential to the local church and body as a whole. For this reason, we affiliate Itinerant Ministers with Dream Centre Christian Church Ltd. and advise them in the formation and/or ongoing running of their ministry.
